如何避免板式換熱器端口開裂

板式換熱器經過長時間的使用或不正確的使用方法,會導致入口端開裂,這主要是由于殘余應力和熱應力造成的,我們通過哪些方法避免板式換熱器端口開裂呢?

1、在板式換熱器殼體上設置入孔,用于檢查板束膨脹節。拆除管束時可以從上部膨脹節下端斷開,分別拆裝上部殼體和膨脹節。

2、斷開壓緊板,絕緣梯子上部增設膨脹節以吸收板束與壓緊板之間的膨脹差。取消管板結構,在板束上部增設與板束下部相同的拱頂蓋,極大地降低了板片寬度方向的膨脹約束。

3、將梳齒板改為鑲塊結構,端面只起密封作用,長度(60mm)方向與板片的焊縫受力一致,使承載能力大為提高。板式換熱器板束質量由新設置的管板承受,管板由設備法蘭夾持。在板束端面設置支撐橫梁。裂縫處理縮小板束殼程進、出口的通道長度,以提高換熱效果。
